1. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, and Online Resources)
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our digital products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- A brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations
1.2 Refund Exclusions for Digital Products
Please note that refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After the 14-day refund period has elapsed
- If you've downloaded more than 30% of the product's content
- For personalized digital products specifically created for you
- If the product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package
2. Online Workshops and Webinars
2.1 Cancellation Policy
For online workshops and webinars, we offer the following cancellation and refund options:

2.2 Workshop Rescheduling
If we need to reschedule a workshop or webinar, you will have the following options:
- Attend the rescheduled event at no additional cost
- Receive a full refund if you cannot attend the new date
- Transfer your registration to a different workshop of equivalent value
2.3 Workshop Recordings
For workshops that include recordings as part of the purchase:
- If you cancel your registration but have already accessed the workshop recordings, your refund may be adjusted accordingly
- Workshop recordings have the same 14-day satisfaction guarantee as our other digital products
3. Memberships and Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Memberships
For our monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your membership at any time
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation
3.2 Annual Memberships
For our annual subscription services:
- If you cancel within 14 days of purchasing an annual membership, you will receive a full refund
- If you cancel after 14 days, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership, less a 15% administrative fee
- No refunds will be provided for annual memberships after 60 days
3.3 Membership Downgrading or Upgrading
If you wish to change your membership level:
- Upgrades will be effective immediately, with a prorated charge for the difference
- Downgrades will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle
4. How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase
- Product or service name
- Reason for requesting a refund

Once we receive and approve your refund request:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6. Currency and Processing Fees
All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Please note that:
- We cannot compensate for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund
- Payment processing fees (typically 3-5%) are non-refundable except where prohibited by law
